Building Relationships (and Profits) with Customer Outreach
It's no secret that a strong relationship is more than just trust falls, it’s about investment. When you show commitment and care to a customer in their time of need, it can lead to a long-lasting, profitable repeat shopper.
On Wednesday afternoon at iQmetrix Meetup, we’ll hold a panel discussion with executive leaders in wireless on their vision and ideas for how customer outreach leads to a demonstrable contribution to business success.
Hosted by our very own Scott McArthur, you'll walk away with practical tips on how to:
- Identify and leverage communication channels to stay in touch with customers
- Get buy-in from the entire organization on new outreach programs
- Calculate ROI, profit, and sales attributed to outreach programs
- Increase your customer satisfaction score
- and more...

In 2002, Harpreet Katari’s entrepreneurial drive led him to leave his Product Specialist job in San Francisco, move back into his parent’s home and open his first two Verizon retail stores. Today, Harpreet is the CEO of Your Wireless, one of Verizon’s largest local Authorized Retailers. Your Wireless owns and operates over 100 stores in 9 states maintaining the community-centric focus that Harpreet instilled in those first two stores.
Wendy is a recovered employment attorney turned CEO of Premier Locations, the largest national agent for US Cellular. Her years of helping companies navigate intricate minefields of employee issues (she’s advised companies on everything from inappropriately shaped paper dolls to employees carrying hidden sugar gliders - a/k/a live flying squirrels - under their logo wear) prepared her well for the adventure of managing 250 far-flung retail employees in 7 states.
Wendy is an ardent believer that engaging and providing an out-of-this-world experience for customers is the key to survival in the dog-eat-dog cellphone industry.
Wendy’s circuitous path led her from a childhood in Southern California to 3 years in Europe to Oklahoma (where the wind comes sweeping down the plains) where she is lucky enough to have her own pet camel.
